The PMO leader will play a pivotal role in establishing a team of 8+ program managers, PMO, engaging with senior leaders and executives across the organization to drive top priorities and manage the overall adherence to project management standards across all company (both direct and indirect reports). This role will also be expected to lead high profile and critical work prioritized by executives, engaging team members as needed to support the stabilization of critical efforts. As the PMO leader, you will make significant impact on critical priorities to support the organization in reaching new heights in project management excellence by driving improved quality, outcomes, innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Best Practices: Establish best practice practices for project management methodology and tools that are designed to meet business needs today and into the future as the organization grows.
