Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Client Outreach Specialist in Raleigh, NC. for a contract-to-hire, hybrid opportunity with our client based in Minnesota!

We are seeking two contractors to support our bank’s new account onboarding process. In this role, you will conduct outbound phone calls to clients to gather any additional information required to complete account setup and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:

• Make timely and professional outbound calls to new clients.
• Request and document required information needed to finalize account onboarding.
• Provide clear guidance to clients regarding next steps or required documentation.
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate notes in internal systems.
• Escalate any issues or concerns to the onboarding team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with reliable documentation habits.
• Previous banking or call center experience preferred.

The base hourly range for this contract position is $15-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
