Job Description
About the position: Provide expert operational support for the Bank, FSB Personal Trust Services (PTS) book of business. This includes complex opening and termination of accounts, disbursements and cash movement, advisor and client communication, as well as training, quality assurance, and project support. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive internal, external, advisor and client relationships, quality customer service and client retention.
Responsible for complex account operations functions, including opening of new accounts and closing/de-funding accounts in the administration system, completing all necessary paperwork, initiating and tracking funding and establishing interfaces with all feeder and satellite systems used in account administration.
Support PTS in assuring account data integrity. Responsible for quality control delivering quality customer service ensuring positive advisor/client relationships. Responsible for working with others across the firm who support or service PTS accounts and builds productive working relationships. Provide system processing functions to include system posting, process management review and approval, batch processing, and other reporting.
