Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst for a position with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

• Designs, implements, analyzes and modifies systems for various applications.
• Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications.
• Responsible for interface problem solving.
• Responsible for gathering analyzing client business requirements in order to identify and solve problems.
• Acts as communication liaison between business and IT teams.
• Familiar with Scrum and Agile principals.
• Experience work as a BA and the ServiceNow platform.
• Define requirements and gather data and information to help grow our CMDB and application portfolio.
• Familiar with Scrum and Agile principals. Experience work as a BA and the ServiceNow platform. Define requirements and gather data and information to help grow our CMDB and application portfolio.
• ServiceNow, familiarity with Jira platform. Microsoft Office.
