Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior BA for a position with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

• 2 Senior end to end BA's. 8+ years' experience.
• Looking for Senior resources, with requirements gathering expertise through testing.
• Somebody that is business focused, talk to the business and understand and translate business rules.
• Ability to break down conversations, requirements, what data needs to remain segregated and complete workflow.
• Have a strong understanding of workflows within these areas (trade compliance and trade settlement and trade support).
• Bloomberg experience is nice to have.
• Strong visio, process and process mapping, business logic skills.
• Needs to be a driver, move things forward.
• Thought leadership.
