Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for a position with our client in Golden Valley, MN.

Sr. Business Analyst with:

• 5+ year of experience working on Enterpriser efforts. Looking for a strong problem solver, strong question asker, inquisitive mindset.
• Knowledge of payroll and accounting systems preferred.
• Strong requirements elicitation/documentation experience, designing process maps, facilitation and alignment skills across the organization.
• Knowledge of ERP/HCM systems helpful, but not required.
